EcoVadis Gold Medal Confirmed for 2026 The Danucem cement plant in Rohožník has once again confirmed its position among the world's most sustainable companies. In the latest EcoVadis assessment, it successfully retained its Gold Medal and ranked among the top 5% of evaluated companies worldwide. Compared to last year, it also further improved its overall score.
Consistent Performance Built on Real Work
This achievement is not only the result of a strong strategy, but above all of the daily efforts of our teams.
EcoVadis is one of the world's most respected corporate sustainability assessment platforms. More than 130,000 companies across different industries and countries participate in the evaluation. The assessment focuses on four key areas:
- Environmental protection
- Labor and human rights
- Business ethics
- Sustainable procurement and responsible supply chain management
Receiving the Gold Medal confirms a high standard of management and a responsible approach across all these areas.
Improvement Driven by Concrete Actions
The result reflects long-term efforts focused on reducing the environmental footprint of production and promoting responsible business practices. Key initiatives include:
