Rohožník Achieves International Gold: CSC Gold Certification for Sustainability

Our cement plant in Rohožník has achieved an outstanding success by obtaining the CSC (Concrete Sustainability Council) Gold Certification in the cement category. This prestigious international certification confirms that our plant meets the highest standards of sustainability, transparency, and responsible production management.

Since receiving a Bronze rating in 2022, we have progressed to the Gold level, providing clear evidence of our long-term commitment to environmental performance and quality improvement. This achievement is even more significant as we are the first holder of a CSC Gold Certification in the cement sector in Slovakia, reaching a milestone that has not yet been achieved by any other company in the country.

About CSC Certification

CSC (Concrete Sustainability Council) is a global certification system that sets strict criteria for responsible sourcing and the production of cement, concrete, and aggregates. Our plant was assessed according to the latest CSC 3.0 (2024) standard by the independent organization VDZ Service GmbH. The certification is valid for three years.

The certification covers the entire plant, including both the white and grey production lines, and confirms that Rohožník meets demanding global sustainability requirements.
